Benefit for Emily Coughlin Sunday April 18 at Ramzi's 56 Main St Orleans
From the Cape Cod Times:
ORLEANS — A barbershop in town will be open from 8
a.m. to 4 p.m. tomorrow to help out a little girl with a rare cancer.
Ramzi Zaineh decided to help Emily Coughlin of
Chatham after he heard about the 100 or so people who plunged into
Oyster Pond in Chatham on April Fool's Day during the Chatham
firefighters' fundraiser for the girl.
Emily, 4, was diagnosed in May with
neuroblastoma, a rare form of pediatric cancer, and is getting treatment
at Children's Hospital Boston.
To help Emily,
Zaineh decided to open his barbershop, Ramzi's at 56 Main St., tomorrow
to raise money for the girl. He and his two barbers will cut hair all
day with the proceeds going to the Emily Coughlin Fund.
"We know that she is diagnosed with cancer, and she
and her family need the help," Zaineh said yesterday.
