The main house of this special vacation property features Central AC, a comfortable living room w/ French doors that open up to the screened in porch for enjoying any time of your summer day. Next to the living area is the separate dining room that leads to a large kitchen with an additional dining area. You'll appreciate the large private yard with patio, gas grille & out-door shower. Some amenities in the main house include cable television, WiFi, washer & dryer. The main house has 2 bedrooms with one queen each and 2 bathrooms plus an additional sleeping area for up to two.

Available only with the rental of the main house is "The Barnacle", the detached bunkhouse, which features central air conditioning, kitchen area including refrigerator, counter w/ breakfast bar & sink, one bathroom, and can sleep up to 7 guests with one full bed and 5 twins.

If it's possible to tire of walking to beautiful Nantucket Sound or the quaint and vibrant village of Harwich Port, there is lots of fun nearby ~most within walking distance including Wychmere Harbor Club, Bud's Go-Carts, Trampolines, High Speed Ferry to Nantucket, Seal Cruises, Chatham village (approx. 5 miles away), Cape Cod Baseball League games at Whitehouse Field, Cape Cod Rail Trail bike path, Harwich Port musical strolls on Wednesday evenings, Band Concerts on Sunday evenings & much more!
